When you contact us, request group training, register for a class or purchase a product, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, organization, billing details, registration details and the information you choose to include. We use this information to respond, provide the requested service, process transactions, issue certifications when applicable and maintain appropriate business records.
Class registration and purchases
Our WordPress website may send you to the LP Health Directions Wix booking or store experience to select a class, complete a purchase or manage a transaction. Wix and its connected payment providers process information submitted through those experiences under their own privacy practices. LP Health Directions receives the booking, order and payment-status information needed to provide the service or product you requested.
Advertising measurement
This website may use the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel to understand whether advertising in ChatGPT leads to actions such as starting a booking, completing an eligible registration or submitting an inquiry. When a landing-page URL contains oppref or a supported UTM value, this site keeps that attribution in browser session storage while you continue in the same tab and adds it only to an exact class-booking destination. The website event payloads do not include inquiry text, phone numbers, email addresses or medical information.
Selecting a booking button is not treated as a completed registration. A completed-registration event is recorded only when the booking or payment system provides a verified completion result.
Website analytics
This website may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate activity such as page visits, class-booking starts, AED-store visits, phone-link clicks and completed website inquiry forms. LP Health Directions uses the same analytics property across the WordPress website and the Wix booking destination so a visit is not unnecessarily counted as a new session when you continue to registration. The events added by this website do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, inquiry text or booking-record contents.
Cookies and similar technology
We use limited browser storage for site operation and advertising attribution. Some pages also display a live Google review feed through Elfsight. When that feed loads, Elfsight and Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information under their own privacy practices. Browser settings can be used to block or remove stored website data, although doing so may limit measurement and some site functionality.
Service providers
We use service providers for website hosting, class registration, payments, email delivery, business records and measurement. We provide these companies only the information reasonably needed for their role. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.
Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain certification and transaction records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the business. Retention time varies by record type. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us to request review, correction or deletion of information you submitted. We may need to verify the request and determine what can be completed under applicable legal, certification-record and operational requirements.
